She is Ukrainian but Russia took over Ukraine so... she is Russian. She moved to Peru though, fought for Peru in the majority of her fights, I think she lived in Peru for 8 years. It says she resides in Las Vegas Nevada US but I heard that she actually moved to US Texas recently. Who knows where she will end up, she has traveled a ton for her fighting career and I know she trains in US Colorado a lot for the altitude. Shes a bad ass, every guy will end up crushing on her if they start learning about her. Speaks 3 languages, dances, shoots, cooks, very artistic, intelligent, well off and of course is the most well rounded female martial artist I have ever seen. She has the best female fighting record in history and holds the belt for the 125 womens flyweight division in UFC on top of winning multiple championships in multiple fighting styles. Oh and she went to school for directing. She wants to direct fighting movies when she retires from fighting. I admit I have a crush on her lmao. She is phenomenal to watch. Eminem's song Phenomenal should be her theme song.

@Emanuel Madera cutting weight is not something you do day to night, it takes a lot of preparation. The same way it took long to Amanda fight cyborg at 145. You can put or take weight with quality or not, that depends on your advisors and yourself. Why do not Valentina challenge Amanda? Doesn't she wants to be a two belt champion as Amanda? They can fight at 135. But Amanda was the reason why she moved to 125. This time Valentina with all Amanda's evolution can be ko. That's the reason why she doesn't challenge.

I was just thinking how amazing and beautiful she is!..... Then a check left hook came out of the screen and hit me her reaction defense is amazing. Cannot believe Holm came forward on Val (corner was nuts) if Nunes had done it results would have been the same. Perhaps the best defense in MMA because it punishes with that check left hook.
