.. I guess it's a video and content. Nurses do work a demanding job but if you really want to put your shoes to the test give it a real man's job like concrete. But then again the shoes won't last because they can't handle that type of terrain which once again proves that you need boots. Hokas are great for recovery shoes. But they are too narrow and don't allow the foot to work properly to wear as a daily shoe. As a supplemental shoe for an active foot on a a rest day. Good shoe. If your feet are too weak. Wearing shoes feels better at first but your muscles atrophy. train barefoot. Relax and stride out in hokas.
