Its like when I used to play Heroes of the Storm as Uther and I ended up highest damage, healing and tanking in the game. An absolute carry player, Ella. She carried both shows, both incredibly good and I think both were deserving the prize equally (have different strengths, but still masterpiecies).

While Arcane is a fantastic show and in my opinion better than fallout, fallout is for sure the better game adaptation and deserved the win. Arcane doesn't really adapt the source game.. at all really while I could see a fallout game follow the show's plot beat for beat.

@@varlanglad Ella is great, and Fallout was genuinely good, it's just that Arcane was literally an entire tier above it, so far ahead on multiple dimensions of sophistication and quality that it's difficult to take seriously the idea that the awards are remotely balanced or fair. It's probably not rigged per se, so much as it's just a limited number of people moving in similar social circles with heavy biases and industry ties and echo chambers, etc. Ultimately it doesn't matter, both shows are good. I've rewatched Arcane three times now though, in rewatching it to show it to different friends, appreciating the subtle details, foreshadowing, callbacks, 1-frame shots, character arcs, whereas Fallout was just the once. They're just not on the same level. The dance scene with Jinx and Echo is specifically animated at 4 frames a second, because Echo's machine travels back in time four seconds. There's a decorative item stolen by Jinx/Vi from Jayce's apartment in season 1 episode 1, that ends up at the bottom of the river when the loot bag is lost, that shows up again in episode 9, that means that offscreen unshown, Jinx went back at some point out of frustration and retrieved it from the river bottom, which is psychology something that fits the character/scene. There's a season 2 minor background detail of Caitlin's fireplace area with one chair when she's not together with Vi, and two chairs when they're back together. There are literally 100s of these details in the seasons. Fallout is...a very good adaption. Nice sets, high quality, great wardrobes and makeup. Respect for the source material. But it's like a delicious home cooked meal versus a multiple Michelin star fine dining meal. It's delicious; but it's not on the same level.

Arcane is better than Fallout, but as an adaptation of the game, fallout is more of an adaptation into a show while arcane is a story of its own with characters from the game I guess that's why fallout won

Arcane S2 was a decrease in queality when compared to S1 still good but felt rushed and they changed the war between two nations into a fight vs sex dolls because two guys could not express their homosexual feelings for each other And just like that because they fought sex dolls together Piltover forgot the various terrorists attacks from Zaun and also Zaun supporting Jinx after she killed Silco lol Overrall was full of conveniences and stupid decisions and plot holes just to get the story going. It was good but not better than Fallout which also was super accurate to the Fallout lore plus a live action which is way harder to pull than animation, you can ask Halo about that.
