How do you communicate with your spouse when you’re angry or annoyed? How do you go about sharing your thoughts and ideas to build a strong life with your husband or wife?
✅ The Annual MAS-ICNA Convention is one of the largest and most diverse Islamic conventions in North America. The convention takes place in Chicago, Illinois every December during the winter holiday season.

"Silence" is a form of communication also but in extreme can be psychological punishment for the other spouse. A guessing game or that it was their fault or blaming themselves. This brings uncertainty, fear, and more difficult to reconcile in a repetitive pattern such as in trauma bonding. Exercise of silence is a form of control to deliberately ignore and make the other person give themselves self-doubt or that in some way they are imagining it and it's not real. Manipulating without words helps the perpetrator get away with it. Be cautious and write things down when it happens so you can build a picture of it.
