We're same. Scorpio ascendant in navamsa is very karmic one specially in D9. Since venus that ruled the 7th house also ruled 12 house.. Spouse could be venusian, grounded, practical and somewhat Slow in D9. Hope this gives you additional information.

So I’m guessing my spouse is highly spiritual/religious or can lead me to moksha. Also, sun is debilitated in both and Venus is in mool tricorn sign in D9 so I’m guessing I’ll have a very karmic (good or bad) relationship with them and they could be from my past life.

Also if Saturn is swarashi then spouse will be determined generally Saturn+ketu means someone who is very spiritual. Venus usually shows a beautiful spouse.
