Hi Sir, I worked in the uk as a chemist for 3 years and then i moved to india and started working as a statistical programmer , now my question is i have like 9 years experience totally but i have changed my professional , also i have employment gaps like 2 to 4 months before joining a new company, will these effect my application ? please let me know

Hello Kubeir, thank you for sharing this information. Very elucidative video. My question is about my spouse's work experience in Canada that don't provide any points (basically, work experiences in NOCs other than 0, A, and B). Is it safe to remove these work experiences from Work History, and leave them only on Personal History post ITA, since we aren't claiming any points from them, or could this create any issue for our application? I submitted experience documents while applying for my study visa but unfortunately I got refusal. Now we are applying for express entry and my wife is the primary applicant. Now, do we need to show my work experience as I have shown it before during study visa application or it is not mandatory?

I never added my wife’s India work experience in her open work permit application as not all docs were available. She worked between 2013-2015, never worked after that. Never added them in work history under EE profile as we don’t claim any point. Now when I am working on PR application (received ITA last week), I can understand one option is putting those work details under personal history. But as in her previous IRCC application for open WP never added them, should I add them now in personal history section or I can just leave it? What is better option? Anyone gone through similar experiences please guide.

Sir so...if my spouse's foreign work experience is not continuous, Better to show it under personal history rather than work experience.. so there won't be any need for documentation...

I have added work experience for my spouse which is outside of Canada. And submitted experience letter/service letter, last 6 months payslips, offer letter and full n final settlement letters with a NOC code 21232 while submitting the PR application. But my wife does not have the roles and responsibilities documents from the employers. Also, you know that I am not claiming any points for this. But i have added in the work history and uploaded above documents except the roles and responsibilities. Will there be any issue with it? Do I need to inform IRCC anything?

Hi Kubeir Hope you’re doing well. I have a query regarding employment reference letter. If I’m a primary applicant. Do spouse also need to give reference letters? What if she changed the designation and working for different NOC after 2yrs. Currently she has 2.3 yrs experience apart from past experience. Do we need to submit previous employment reference letters? Or Current reference letters works? If she worked as contract basis and she didn’t got any pay stubs. And that employer refusing to give reference letter. Help me out... TIA

Hello Kubeir Sir, I am a big fan of your videos who provide proper guidance and knowledge to all the folks. I have one question my Spouse didn't remember the proper date of her education and we didn't claim any points for that but while mentioning it in personal history we entered it wrong. Her study permit application from India had some different dates and while writing in personal history we made mistake. Will it affect our PR and cause any misrepresentation? or ban for 5 years? If the date variance is not too much, it won't be an issue. Else IRCC can always ask you to redo IMM5669 form

I have already added, now if I delete spouse work exp which has no point will that affect my date of entering in pool , just wondering if there is a tie break and CRS will use my profile date as when I deleted or amended my profile last time ?
