Spouse/Partner visa - Granted under 10yr Route HO ERROR

Hi, as I have already informed you that my student visa got cancelled. Now uni is saying that they give new cas to resume the course but they are asking me to exit and take abeyance and resume the course. In this case can i get all the benefits which i have before, especially dependent?

You will be consider as a New Student and all the current rules will apply to you, since you are applying for a new Entry clearance

What else I can do now to stay here, as I have come with Soo many debts, and paid 15k to uni.left with zero money in hands. If I take abeyance, will get visa?can you please clarify me this? And what about Flr
