ঢাকা উত্তর সিটির মশক-নিধনকারী বা স্প্রে-ম্যান পরিচয়ে পাসপোর্ট করে পালাতে চেয়েছিলেন অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার আব্দুল্লাহিল কাফী। সেই পাসপোর্ট নিয়ে দেশের বাইরে যাওয়ার সময় ৩ সেপ্টেম্বর বিমানবন্দরে গ্রেপ্তার হন কাফী।
Additional Superintendent of Police Abdullahil Kafi wanted to escape by using his passport as a mosquito-k i l l er or spray-man of Dhaka North City. Kafi was arrested at the airport on September 3 while leaving the country with that passport.
