Fact that it's 612 SQM and a good location in Las Piñas for one. As far as security is concern it's a safe place, flood free and very accessible to hospitals, schools, malls, restaurants and other commercial establishments. These are just the important factors in looking for a house. So, If you can afford to purchase the house for 56M then you can have a renovation if you're not satisfied with the design.

Dapat reduce na niya ang price, tutal mataas talaga ito sa per sq. meter. personally, I like bungalow na may malaking lote for cars and outdoor activities o hobbies. sayang, hindi pa namin binili yung 1.2K sq. meter property sa bf 15 years ago. tatlo ang street address niya dahil sa laki.😅 Parang bf homes las pinas din yata yun.

Way overpriced for the area. Hindi naman high-end subdivision ang BF. For that price, you'll be able to buy a nice house sa Ayala Westgrove or Nuvali area, with much better amenities.
