I was just saying to the apprentice that I would go a set of ford fg Xr seats if I didn’t already have a set, good choice imo. Just got my hx Ute on road this month after 11 years it’s a bloody good feeling, your builds coming along mint mate good work

As a die hard early Holden fan, who also has two in the build, I couldn't agree more with the xr6 seats. I'm using 4 buckets in a sedan I'm building. Best seats I could find that ticked all the boxes, like you said, comfort, price and aesthetics.

Good stuff Mate. How good are the XR seats. I dont know why I dont see more people use them. Must be the whole putting a ford part in a holden.

Just a bit of advise as a spray painter ide recommend blocking that primer with 150 grit then 240 on your orbital sander then 400 on then orbital then wet rub with 800 and Guide coat with graphite powder or black gmh in a gun with every stage …… love your channel mate keep up the good work and see you at rockynats 👌 mines in epoxy at the moment too so hopefully it’s done by then too cheers 🍻

Forgot to comment on your last video but I like your colour choice. I am not normal a big yellow fan but I think that will look awesome on a tonner. I also think you have made a good choice on seats, who cares if they are off a ford, are you rebuilding it like it has came off the production line back in the 70's, no. Your customizing YOUR car for YOURSELF, and f#$k anyone else if they don't like it. Keep up the good work.
