Enjoyed watching that, nice to see some good angling and the drone shots backing up the explanations of the areas you were fishing into. Good video.

Great video David, some really nice sized Flounders there. Always nice to catch on a nice early Spring day. Be assured the Bass are here in the Northeast 31/03 and they are taking Rag. Never mind the water temperature!

Another awesome video Dave a cracking session perfect weather and conditions catching some nice flounder on the old fanatic you can't beat fishing with light gear, I've never had issues with dogs when Ive been fishing but I know what you mean you can't have baited up traces hanging up or bait boxes/bags left open, and owners not been able to control their dogs,they should put them the lead or give anglers a wide birth. I hope Gary feels better soon and you both can get back out making fab videos good luck and tight lines 👍🎣🎣🎣

Decided not to go tomorrow as the winds are going to be rough, decided today was better but so much swell with that northern wind so went on the cliff.. First cast 3mins in water rod went mad, resulted in a small codling and then a bigger one 30mins later all on squid and razor fish. Was only fishing for 3hrs as the sea swell got bigger.

@@fullcircleangling bang on. Took my cousin fishing who I hadn't been fishing in 2 years. Spent time in the sun on the beach dodging dogs like yourself. I also love dogs to bits but the amount of owners who have no concern for their best mate getting a hook stuck in their mouths is worrying. I had all my Lugworm eaten by a Springer on Exmouth beach this week including news paper. Luckily no baited up rigs but the owner couldn't give a damn about their own dog friend. Have to say there were loads of excellent dog owners out too. All the best for this year man, get over to the west coast if you can and do the Mull of Galloway or Skye on lures.

Great weather again. Can I recommend a guy who does a channel called the Fish Locker. One of his video is making his own flattie disgorger out of a wire coat hanger and unhooking the flattie carefully through the gill. Seems to work although I've not tried myself yet

great video, Is the contrast between the river water and sea water a result of water coming up from the abandoned coal mines and flowing into the rivers and the high levels of ground water we have all over the country? Thanks for the video - L C
@fullcircleangling7 ай бұрын
Thanks mate much appreciated 🙏 I think it’s more to do with the muddy surface water from the surrounding fields further inland draining into the river then spilling out to sea. Mines might play a part too, not entirely sure…🤷♂️ Thanks for watching and commenting, much appreciated 🙏

Brilliant video David am only a recent subscriber but really enjoying your content , just out of curiosity with animals as I often come across this on many of the beach’s I fish but where would the responsibility lie as the fisherman or the handler if something mite acur with an animal and a baited hook not that I would wish it on anyone or anything but sometimes it’s next to impossible to keep yours eyes on everything
@fullcircleangling7 ай бұрын
Thanks mate much appreciated 🙏 My personal view is that the responsibility is equal. Angler should make sure baited hooks are out of harms way, handler should do their best to control the dog. Ultimately both should accept that they have just as much right as each other to be on the beach and that there’s only so far an animal can be controlled. Owners can’t be expected to be able to control every move their dog makes, it’s an animal at the end of the day. Thanks for watching and tight lines 🙋♂️

You are more generous than I am about the dog walkers. Alnmouth beach seems to have the most entitled ones. I had one who thought it was ok that her dog peed on my tackle box and another that I shouldn't have sharp things on the beach when there are dogs around.
