My coach made us run at least 7-10 miles per week as a team and we had to kick that last mile on average we could do a mile in under 5-6 minutes linemen too his motto was no pain no gain the work really paid off. I hope these guys put in that road work. Go Buffs!

This was another very good video Darius. I thoroughly enjoyed how you were able to capture Coach Prime and his staff testing the mettle of the CU football players. What better way to achieve that objective than to incorporate a little elevation of the heart rate compliments of wind sprints. It's awesome to be provided an opportunity to witness the players putting in that work...gettin their grind on. I always enjoy when you and Bucky show viewers the gifts that supporters bless you with. Those are well deserved. I did miss the coverage of mealtime. There's something cool about showing the food that college football players eat; and giving some shine to those who prepare and serve the meals. Will you ever consider producing a video with players sharing what their major is and/or what their favorite course is? Also, are there other players in addition to Shilo who either rap, sing or play an instrument? Who's the best chess player (staff member or player) on the team? It's nice to see Gunner again. No doubt, during the off season they should have the big boys in the pool once a week (20-30 mins.) running, doing drills to improve their agility while taking pressure off their joints and spine. It's incredibly effective and prevents injuries as well.

Outside of Hunter and Traore Colorado has nobody that impresses me. Their running backs are small, Oline is very average, defense is small as all can be and not very talented. Horn is short and Sheduer isn't very good. Coaches are all below average and sound like used car salesman. Colorado Fans are delusional and when USC and UCLA leave might as well rename the Pac to The Mountain West 2.0.
