A lot of the non-religious stuff involved in Christian holidays came from Christianity trying to convert pagans to Christianity. The inducted a lot of the local traditions around the same time and attached them to Christian holidays. It was part of how they managed to spread so far, so fast. I haven't watched the video yet as I wanted to say Easter is when Jesus christ was risen after being crucified on the cross to take on all the sins of the world. He rose after being in a tomb for 3 days and is alive. He is our Lord & saviour, and who so ever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life! It is also the Jewish custom to celebrate passover. So I have no idea where eggs & bunnies came from for easter! And the same for Christmas....Jesus is the reason for the season as he was born! So again I don't know where santa etc came from. Anyway back to the video, I can't wait to see what you make! I absolutely love your channel, you are so gifted from God! Much love xx
