Spring Fishing Greers Ferry with Hunter Baughman

Not sure why I missed this months this back...what a great day for numbers on Greers, wow! I think I've told you this before, but we have a place there that was my wife's parents on the narrows. Of course, I'm usually there in the time of the pleasure boaters...I get a few hours to myself early AM fishing...then it's time to jump in the tritoon with the kids and grandkids. If I catch 5 from dawn to 9 or so...that's a lot (only counting bass) I assume you stayed in the north parts, since you caught all green and no browns? I seem to catch largemouth above the narrows and smallmouth below mostly. I've explored the south a lot more than the north of Greers...need to get up there more. Thx for the videos. I've learned a lot about AR waters from you.

That area yall were in produces fish pretty much year round. Boat traffic really messes up the fishing up there though. Great video and glad yall caught them good

It is so much fun. You can absolutely smash Largemouth, Smallmouth, or Spotted Bass on this Lake. It all depends on what end of the lake you run to.

@@MongoFishing Wished I lived closer to that lake I am from NJ would be a hike for me with these damn gas prices. Fishing up here not all that good. I loved Lake Gaston when I fished it many years ago.
