Thanks for the exercises however, is it necessary to load the practice with ads? One has to stop the Qigong practice to skip the ads and there are so many of them that is disturbing. 4 in a video of 32 minutes in key places of the practice.. Consider please placing them at the beginning or end.

Unbelievable! That works! I did this QiGong with you and afterwards I did my daily excercises, a mix from Yoga, QiGong, Do In, ... and a had so much more energy and no blockages. When I was bouncing with hands down and up I felt tingling on the right side of my back going down like electricity like chills I wanted to continue bouncing but moved on. Than later i felt similar tingling on the similar to my back on the left side in back of my head. I don’t know what that means.

Whenever you feel tingling, it is a sign the energy is again flowing. Similar to when your foot "falls asleep", and you move it, restoring blood flow.
