Spring Hard Pellet Fishing for Carp with Andy Bennett at Forest Lane Fishery

Andy Bennett gives us a masterclass in hard pellet fishing for carp on the pole at the fabulous Forest Lane Fishery in the spring.
Hard Pellets are a staple diet for carp as they are fed up and down the country at commercial fisheries. In this video, Andy shows us three different methods that can catch those wise carp whether you're fishing a match or on a pleasure session. The first tactic is targeting them early on the short line, this is followed by fishing out long on the deck and finally catching them shallow swinging and slapping your rig.
Andy gives you plenty of fishing tips and advice, covering feeding, the size of pellets, hook bait changes and all the intricacies that will help you catch more fish. You only need a bag of pellets to have a cheap day out and catch many carp.

Great informative video. Andy is good at explaining the way to fish. Top man. Does it say on the bags if the pellets at coppings or strettings thanks.

Noticed that Andy doesn't use cloud topkits much, where Paul uses them 99.9% of the time. Does he have reasons for this?

he uses them fishing shallow these are long kits more elastic thro them for bigger fish

HI Andy, great video but confusing to a beginner like me. i have a few questions i hope you can answer them. Why did you choose to fish to your right and not on your left what made you decide that? when fishing hard pellets can you fish them over silt or is it best to fish over a hard bottom? Last question fishing hard pellet why choose a size 18 hook when you could use a bigger hook? Regards Alan Robinson

Blakes baits just best commercial baits ,all commercial masters range is brilliant bait pellets , expanders , pole mix , crushed expander amazing groundbait . If it's good enough for bagger , Paul Holland , Kristian Jones , can't be bad bait.
