the recipe looks tasty, but why are we still serving processed red meat (class 1 carcinogen) in hospitals? (no hate)

Thanks for watching! We get it, and we cook almost entirely plant-based. However, we occasionally use it in small amount as a add-on, but never as the main ingredient. We have found that Hard lines and restrictive "diets" close down most conversations, rather than help people make smaller, better choices towards their goals......
