You're meals look great! I am a Christian homeschool mom. I'm not sure what it looks like to be "temerpate" with eating and would like to grow in this area. Do you have any advice on losing weight? Thank you❤

It is so nice to connect with another Christian Homeschooling Mama. :) Thank you for your comment and question. I am no expert on health or losing weight, but I know the biggest thing for me weight wise is sugar. There are some good healthy sugar substitutes such as Stevia. Sometimes I think just baby steps in the right direction help so much. Thank you for your comment/question.
