Vegan diet is a fast by definition until contemporary times, you have to be a special type to make a fast your staple diet. She is young and will pay with her health down the road, feel sorry how ignorant people have become. Yoga as a practice was designed by monks to prepare the body for death, funny how yoga and veganism is promoted in the West.

My doctor recommended yoga for my back ache and it worked. Then I stopped for several years but now I'm older my joints started aching. So I slowly got back into yoga and I'm virtually pain free. But get proper instruction to avoid injury. 😊

I love this flog and her life style. I've been binging since I came across Isabel's channel. However, I cannot afford $20 a month [us] for one recipie per month. As much as I'd like to support her life-style, this much money is just more than this retiree can afford. I could probably afford $20 for a complete cookbook , But not $20 for one recipie. I've lost my dad when I was 4 years old and literally have no connection with my mum. When I see a happy (I believe y'all still have your ups and downs) family like yours I get sad, but simultaneously feel blessed to see a living example of such positive possibility, environmental awareness and love towards the planet, its inhabitants and one another. Isabel, you are such a sweetheart. You remind me of my daughter with every video. She lives with her husband and my granddaughter in the Loire valley in western France. They have built a life based on simplicity and nature and absolutely love it. It's imperative that you find your true self in order to fulfill your life and be able to share it with others, so that they too can do the same. Thank you and by all means keep it up.

So everything happens for a reason. I live in the mountains in So Cal in a secluded area and a couple nights ago I was outside around 12 am in a pitch dark night just walking around my cabin. I had an extremely bright headlamp on and was just checking out the great view of the valley lights below. I stood there for about 30 seconds to a minute before I turned my head left to look around a bit. 8 - 10 ft behind me, crouching down and staring right at me was a 130 - 150 lb mtn lion. He had stalked his way that close to me and I never heard a sound. When I looked at him Im sure he was blinded by the headlamp and couldnt see my eyes. That did something to disengage its attack mode Im guessing. I yelled real loud and clapped my hands real loud , The lion relaxed stood up and trotted away into the dark. Whatever it needed for the trigger to go into attack mode I do not know. But he didnt attack. Ive been wondering what it was all about for me to have had that experience. So maybe all things are for a reason. Maybe I will figure out what that reason is soon. Love your videos. Great food.

I would check your oil again in a few days in case you have a leak, same with the coolant. With the age of your car that would be normal some of the seals could be worn.

Unless you added 3 quarts before that little bit you definitely still need quite a bit more oil in there! I m paranoid about the oil for the car because I did lose an engine to that exact thing!!!!! Are you against using electric fencing?There are many different kinds, sizes, voltage. Don t think you ll keep the deer out but marmots etc you will. It just shocks them. Also a wide, high bermed hedge of dead trees, brush etc will do a decent job of keeping deer out. Just start off protecting a small area and grow one or two things that you truly love and will use in a lot of your cooking. Til you figure out a permanent fencing answer.

Mothballs deter rodents in many places. I place some in the fusebox on my truck. I also hang some in a sock off of hoses -ANYWHERE THEY CANNOT BE PULLED INTO A FAN OR A BELT. The wires that you photographed look like an easy splice. Good luck !

So in the 70s i lived in the woods around there somewhere. only reason I say that is the landscape was similar. I loved it , don't know why I left . But I was just about to turn 18 and needed to get some things in my life straightened out. We lived out there on what we could catch or pick.
