I loved the painting to be honest, and the clouds are gorgeous! A huge part of my painting process is about internal screaming, freaking out and struggle🥲 It's never so cozy and relaxing as your videos, that's why it makes me so happy to see them! Jokes aside, I started to plan out and sketch or do quick mini studies for my paintings and it's definitely way better🤗

Ahhh I know the internal screaming phase and definitely been through it before 😅 but yes, I’m so happy to hear you plan it out! I will be doing more of this in the future! Thanks for always being here Tammy! 🫶

I think at that stuck stage I would have pulled up some close-up tulip field pics online, so I could figure out at what point in the foreground to show some petals. That said, I think your pic turned out looking really good!

Thanks for the advice! I was trying to finish the painting quick so I can edit the video but next time I’ll definitely find reference to help out! 😊

I have been very encouraged by your video’s Dhanisha. I also work full time in the Tech Industry and I have been a part time artist for quite some time. In the last few years I decided to undertake formal art study. I haven’t had the time or even desire (if I am being honest) to create my own art while this is happening. There has just been too much on my plate with work and the art study, but your videos are really encouraging me to push myself and not give up on creating my own art. Thank you for sharing and being so open and honest with us about your journey. It’s nice to meet someone else facing the same life challenges. xx

Thank you for your kind comment! I totally understand how you feel trying to balance art and work at the same time - it can be hard and I’ve struggled with it too at so many points in my life but I told myself what matters in the end is that art will always be here for us no matter how long it takes us to get back to it! 😊

The foregrounds of landscapes are my least favorite things to paint, especially a big field of nothing, so I totally get that stuck feeling. It can be overwhelming. Personally, I’m a big fan of sticking a tree or something with up close detail to break things up and fill in the space, but they can’t all be winners. Some pieces are just lessons. Love the video!

Agree! I love your idea of adding a tree to break things up! But yeah other paintings are just lessons to help us get better for the next one! 🥰

Hey, I liked it..the more we come to the front of the landscape, flowers need to take the shape of tulip...and then the foremost detailed flowers...or something like that...per me...am also self teaching myself ! But the outcome 👏 way to go, girl!🎉
