Spring Onion - 1 bundle
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Green Chilly - 2 nos
Egg-3nos
Salt as need
Pepper Powder as need
Few curry leaves
2tsp oil
Wash thoroughly and chop the spring onions.In a grinder put coconut,chillies,shallots,curry leaves,turmeric and salt and grind.In a pan pour oil and splutter mustard.Then put spring onions and ground masalas together and close with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.Serve hot with chappatis or rice
