Hi, I loved the light blue shorts which would pair up nicely with a white square neck vest with cute sandal with heels and a few white bangels. Also, to make it formal, I will add a nice white short blazer and a nice small white cascade necklace. The pony tail look would be a great look or straight hair with a side parting. Also, the light pink or lilac spring dress would work with the nice cute white sandals and a small white bag.
