❤ Two years ago our schnauzer queen Bette (as in Davis) reached the end of her journey with us. On our last walks together, I'd imagine us on the edge of a mysterious land where she'd cross over, turn to stardust, and wait for us. I would love to call through this window and watch her run to us through this beautiful field. Thank you, Autumn. 🙏🏼

I felt this comment so deeply, Stephen. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that Bette had the most incredible life with you and your family. Some people don't quite understand this, but the loss of a pet is so terribly difficult and heavy. When we lost our little one in 2018 I felt so lost without him and still tear up thinking about him or when looking through pictures of him. Your beautiful Bette still lives in your memories, in photos, and in all the smiles she rouses when you think of her. ❤ P.S. Thank you for the generous Super Thanks. You're always so kind!

Oh my goodness. This is so glorious, it actually makes me breathe in deeply! The detail of the curtains moving in the breeze! The flowers and butterflies, the perfect light! I really love the variety of sounds (those pencil sounds!! The coffee pouring), as always, which keep the ambiance interesting and engaging. What I'd give to be sitting here right now!! The weather being all over the place this year is something I totally relate to! We've gone from ice to rain to snowstorms to random warm and sunny days all in a week.
