Doubt you'll see this before I go for my wolf run in a week but any advice for the day?

Wear long sleeves and leggings unless you're a hard man ;) Tie those laces through the extra hole at the top to stop your trail shoes being pulled off in the mud. Change of clothes, dryrobe. Have fun!
