The Laws are publicly available, on the internet. Off your feet, you are no longer a player with any rights. If you are talking about the second Greyling penalty, a ruck had formed, no hands allowed. Refs are more and more only penalising transgressions that affect the play, not every damn thing in sight. E.g., offside but not in a position to affect play, let it go. Computers penalise everything but not including ball boys throwing the ball into play and hitting the ref; yellow carded that sucker; the crowd cheered, about bloody time.
