I totally get why Rassie didn't win it, or Nienaber as I've heard other people say should have won it. It's not clear who the Springboks head coach actually is. We all know Rassie is the top man but is he a coach or director of rugby? Was Nienaber making big coaching decisions or just executing Rassie's plans?
