Join me for a relaxing tour of my newest settlement at the Acadia National Park Visitor's Center! Today's tour assistant is Deacon, who, while assuring me that we're best friends and that songs will be written about our awesome-osity, refuses to really love me.

I'm so glad :D I really try to keep too much joking out of my videos, because I know it can sometimes disrupt relaxation, but I have a hard time being serious for more than ten minutes at a time. Also, I have NO IDEA how/why Bethesda chose not to make Deacon romanceable. He reads Proust, he lets me dress him in all manner of costume, he complements my stealth combat play style . . . I just feel like we could have been great together, you know?

My only exposure to Fallout 4 has been through ASMR videos and these videos make it seem like The Sims with zombies. I assume there's more to the game than that, but I kinda want Sims with zombies.

It's like skyrim in the apocalypse. The settlement building is really more of an add-on to the game. A really good add-on though.

I hope you'll see this. I'd really love to see a series of the actual building process, not just the tour. You'd think it would be too boring but don't forget how the mundane and repetition are a big part of ASMR, you wouldn't have to comment all the way through, just a glimpse here and there and your thought process in certain moments would be enough. (With the occasional thinking sounds, keyboard sounds, sounds of you focusing and concentrating) An "ASMR Fallout 4: Let's build a Settlement" would be awesome.

I just watched this one for the first time, and it's already one of my favorites (along with Mass Effect Art Book, Game Usability Study, and Japanese Hot Springs Check-In)! The very subtle storytelling you add to these is really fantastic stuff, and is mostly why you are my favorite ASMRtist. There's always something more going on beyond the premise. I hope everything is well with you and your family, and that you are able to make new content again soon! And I hope everything turns out ok with Deacon!!
