Delightful place JP, I would be well happy there with Bullseye. Like you I love ponds to and was fascinated by them as a kid. It would have been rude not to have visited that pub , and why not , it’s an Adults only video today 🤣👍 loving the bird songs in the background, a real happy place with them . My mum lives near there Boreham pubs are probably the last of the good old days never knew this camp site existed in Springfield been to asda and stayed in the premier inn Boreham went to a poncy pub more loved Chelmsford town centre charity shops sammi ❤😅

Looks a lovely quiet place to stay. The coffee gizmo, how many mls does each run through give? I do like a coffee but have a coffee mug that's about 500ml.
