I may not like marshmallows, but I always like watching the process of how they are made. I did like the pretty blue sugar. LOL! I know Jaz would correct me on the sugar. LOL. You are absolutely right that she would correct you about the sugar 😂 I’ve never been a marshmallow fan myself, unless in a s’more or modjeska.

Homemade marshmallows!! I love this! How would you go about making flavored marshmallows, like chocolate?

I haven’t tried this, but I’d imagine adding some cocoa powder could work. Jaz and I are going to give strawberry marshmallows a shot and will be sure to add it on to part two or post about it on our instagram. We are going to use freeze dried strawberries to flavor them. We will see how they turn out.

I didn’t taste much of the agave. I think because there isn’t much in the recipe, that could be why. I imagine they would be sweeter if I would have used corn syrup.
