I love that you do a basic beginner and a little more advanced variation. For stronger beginners!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful beginner combo. I am only a beginner who can't do complicated tricks. I will tag you on instagram when I finally perfect this :) hope you have a lovely day.

Love this Springtime! I've been doing pole on and off for several years, getting back into it over the last year or so. I like the dagger move, and I can do my pole sits well, but the transition from dagger to pole sit makes my pole spin too fast and i cant keep control. I think my left leg naturally is going to pole for the dagger move, maybe that's why. Thanks for the combo anyway. I love you slinky movements too.

Totally understand, just like anything even getting used to controlling your spin and getting used to spinning fast takes a lot of time and practice so go slow. But it’s something to work towards bc spinning fast is very impressive to people. Thank you for the comment 🙏

Is it normal for your fingers to go numb first starting pole? My middle fingertips have been numb for 2 days becauss i was going hard im a beginner just learning how to lift myself up
@springtimepole2 жыл бұрын
Well, I’m not a doctor! Maybe ask your doctor. But I have a friend but she’s VERY advanced and she told me this happens to her hands when she does too many deadlifts. So it happens but I do think it’s a sign maybe you’re over training. Maybe go slow, especially in the beginning. Pole is SUPER hard! You need to give your body time to learn this new way to move.
