3:47 Can confirm... Years ago, I used to do a sprint right after the previous one, then it went from that to waiting roughly 2 minutes for rest, between sprints... and I would get tired very quickly... Nowadays, I will now just stop, catch my breath and just calm down. Interestingly, I feel quite, 'buzzy' after about a few minutes. It's like your internal energy systems suddenly get, 'activated' again... if that makes sense... Then I do my sprint again, and it feels like, in most cases, it's my first one... Few people teach this. Thanks for the video ;-)

@@TheSprintProject_ almost 70 with health problems - but I took up the challenge and reaped huge benefits from short sprints - because the short ones I can maintain acceleration - I was once young and athletic - but time travel has ruined that - so encourage old people to do sprints and record it on your channel - that would be amazing - you have helped me young man - so thanks - many thanks

The only adjustment for this is sprint hurdlers have to stand up earlier, they need to be upright for the first hurdle to step over it. Those first 13m go by very quick...

Hey im 15 and trying to atleast make the olympics once before Im 26. I trained consistantly over the summer but winter is coming and ive not been able to do sprinting as much. I only really run once per week and the rest of the week is strength training (because it is cold). What can I do to maintain my twitch muscles and speed during the winter?
