Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
On green whisper lines, adjacent digits must differ by at least 5. On purple renban lines, digits form a consecutive sequence, in any order. For renbans and whispers, all lines are 3 cells long.
Digits in a white circle must appear in the surrounding cells. Numbers in the circle are listed from smallest to biggest. On a thermometer, digits increase from bulb to tip.
Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle. Digits in a killer cage sum to the total in the corner. Cells connected by a white dot are consecutive; cells connected by a black dot are in the ratio 1:2. Cells connected by a V or X sum to 5 or 10, respectively.

Took me 37 minutes 44 seconds to solve (would have done it 7 minutes faster if I hadn't goofed on columns 7 and 8

How does the second circle 4 9 8 3 follow the circle rule. The first one does 9 8 4 1 I interpreted the rule as a kind of thermo clockwise or anti clockwise. If not than the rule was not necessary.Just mention the digits have to appear in the circle.

The digits in the clue are in order. Not necessarily the digits in the solution. Sometimes that is important in fog puzzles, but I don't think it helps here.

@@qovro the first digit I got when thinking the circle was a thermo so that's why I thought the rule should apply to the other circle as well. I got the other circle by Sudoku.Nice puzzle none the less.
