Smart 8k is good destroyer & project 1164e is cruiser. Smart 8k is better maneuver & better speed with high firepower... other side project have many spaming equipment with better fire power.. speed & maneuver decent..aa system equally good this 2 ships,, Solo player better use smart 8k.. otherwise allover project is beast 🔥
