Nope. Kellogg was the name of our cat. He passed away years ago. When I first met him, I thought it was a cool name and used it in games and kept it to keep in our hearts and memories. He was a cool cat. I had no idea about Kellogg in Fallout 4. I actually worked on fallout 2, and Tactics. Cheers :)
