Marks a genius for what he did on that first pitch. He knew Robert made a decent offer so he pretended to hate it and that got in Robert’s head so he went in with Kevin at 1/3. 10 seconds after that offer was made mark swooped in and made the same offer Robert did 😂. 4 years after the episode was aired in 2014, in 2018 Rugged events (Rugged maniac) was mostly sold to a newspaper giant. GateHouse media acquired 80 percent stake of the business and the rest remained in the hands of founders. Mark Cuban sold his stake double the price he bought it at first. Now Rugged maniac is still operating very well and strong.

Basically sayin that they used him to grow another business that would benefit them form his money. I highly doubt Mark made his money back from the last deal. Ten thirty one productions went on to make $3 million in revenue in 2014. The next year, they opened another haunted experience in New York. However got sued by a customer after a fog machine fell on her hand. The lawsuit led to them selling the company to 13th floor entertainment group.

Women as soon as he heard 1 million. When you are dealing with high shares the amount you are getting is not the main concern. When you are dealing with equity If you are valuing 1M for 10% 20% for 2M is not a good deal for the entrepreneur. The amount of equity lost nowhere near, offsets the amount you are getting. That is if the company or business is successful.

What i don't like about Mark is that he keeps the entrepreneurs hanging giving them hope that he is going to make an offer by just keeping quiet and while all the other sharks do their bids and still their offers are not accepted hoping that Marks is gonna give them a better offer....all sharks go out ..then boom...Mark goes out too....
