It's not uncommon something health based would only be sold at niche markets that are testing the product out at lower shelving fees, those also happen to be the franchises that sell them at higher mark-up which also tend to carry healthier options. and Dallas is one of the main areas that those places usually test those products. Especially Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Sprouts and Gelson's Then you got Cuban who also happens align with the Gluten-Free, Low Carb ideal which is probably shared by his wife. Cuban happens to live in Dallas. So the odds of that happening is basically all the 5 things lined up that made it possible. Once you get into a new habit you tend to notice things more. I started a Keto-Diet, first week I had a hard time knowing what I can eat from a label, after a month into it I can glance at a product and know what is healthy for Keto.

That was cue # 1 that he didn’t want to play games and talk numbers. Juan didn’t catch the signal still pushed so Mark subtlety submitted by bumping the cash to 400k. He didn’t do this because he was being strategic, he did it because he wanted to make Juan feel good about the deal. You even got Mr. Wonderful basically telling Juan to shut up and take the deal.
