Hey I'm the mandolin player! The whole song is Dm, C, F. Played shorter for the intro and in between verses, and drug out a bit for the verses and choruses. On the last part of each musical break you're gonna do a quick transfer chord going Dm, c, F>Am(open position), Dm. Then hold that Dm into the next section. You can also add some flair throughout.
