The actual SF2 manuals have a rough timeline of the two nations. If you can track them down somehow that would be a great first step for a video discussing the history of the fictional countries. I also have the manuals, but it's up to you if you want to accept something from a random KZbin user lol

Strike Fighters project 1was the game that got me hooked on flight sims. Went to Falcon 4.0, Flanker 2.0 and LOMAC from there. Always loved to fly the F-4E in Dhimar colors.

I really really want someone to make a Strike Commander like mod for DCS. Imagine like, Strike Commander crossed with Jagged Alliance for a dynamic campaign where you'd have to manage your resources and such.

I started learning F18, but I don't see why FC3: F15C couldn't be used for CAP. Also A10 might work for CAS as well if it's not too slow.

Did we need some specific knowledge about how to talk on the radios or some specific procedures to participate? I'm French and playing mostly solo, but I will be really interested to participate one day.

Hey! So new pilots are definitely welcome! You do need to have SRS, but you don't necessarily need to know all of the brevity codes when you are first starting out (though they are good to know). Other than that, just have a good working knowledge for the jet and mission type you'll be flying.

@@KortanaDCS thanks for those info 😉. I got SRS, even if I don't use it that often. Like I say, I'm playing mostly solo campaign, but I think I can use the F14 or the M2000c pretty effectively 😁 All is on SRS or futur mission announcement are made somewhere else?

having not yet watched the entire thing, I feel like the breifing was a little too full of "subtle" winks at actual combat, and I feel a little out of character debriefing would be nice. otherwise, it is a nice touch

Wow so comms on the radio was a mess. Lack of brevity along with people just being way too verbose. Spud the one thing I saw you do a few times which was concerning as a lead is you would get directions to turn in some way and you wouldn't say anything on the flight channel you would just start turning. That is a bit on the dangerous side. They tell you to turn as lead and you should call to flight what you are going to do then once all flight members have given their number back to let you know they copy then you do the turn. Also with so many people declaring low fuel or near to it the best option is to straight in and get out of the way not tying up the pattern with an overhead. Seemed to turn out pretty good otherwise.

F15e no idea, it’s currently under development and you can watch the process through Razbam channel. For the Eurofighter probably not for a long time if I had to guess….

F15E SHOULD be coming end of this year, Eurofighter supposedly end of 2023 but my guess is early 2024.
