Poor Porro. One of the best ballers we’ve been able to bring through the door and we’ve got him stuck in a back four inverted fullback position with more running backwards than forwards. He has done a hell of a job adapting to Ange’s system but it’s arguable that it’s not his natural/best position. He was a thing of beauty on the wing at Sporting when they played against us and I can completely understand him wanting to play for either Madrid or his old manager/system.

Considering Bentancur is one yellow card away from suspension, ideally we need a reduction in the ban otherwise it is 8 games we could be without him in the League. I believe the deadline for the yellow cards to be dismissed is 19th Dec?.

I am not even a Tottenham fan but a 7 game ban is ridiculous. It's obviously a joke, and one that most people will have told or laughed at at some stage. What Enzo did was much more disgusting and nothing is done. Football is screwed up, you could literally elbow someone in the head, fracture their skull and you'd get a 3 game ban. Calm down Sim, so touchy on Bergvall. He’s been poor and Ben was right, was told he would be a good CM option this year but not looked at the level needed just yet, even as back up. Has played plenty of football considering the games in Sweden before preseason. So loan probably not necessary either way. Just depends on how the club feels about his best option. Squad clearly is being built for the future rather than now.
