I don't understand why this is even an issue? The whole point of having a massive fund is to get a good forward who can give you at least 20+ g/a right? Well, Sonny has given that and more (27 g/a) this season. He has given you 10+ goals for the last 8 straight season. Plus he is already adapted to Ange system. What's the likelihood of a new left winger can give you 20+ g/a right away? It might take a decade to replace Kane. How long do you think you can replace, Kane + Sonny? These talents are very rare and even all the money you have, it will be very very hard to replace him.

I appreciate all your analysis' on all the players we are being linked with, and I have no doubt that you are correct. However my main worry is as I have said before is will Ange allow any of these players to play using the qualities that they have, or strangle their talents with his compressed system, which he has said he might only tweak. A case in point for example is that Mickey VDV looks great and is great mainly because he has the time and space to play. The same can be said of Cuti. But our midfield and especially our forwards are strangled to death regarding their playing space. If you have talented players you have to devise a system which can meld a team from the talents that you have. I'm not sure that particularly in the Premier League Ange can do it. So we buy talent, but over our past few managers it is not being utilized properly. I think this is what Harry Redknapp may have been alliuding to, when saying we have only had an average season. We have 2 starting quality CBs and a hungry Radu. We literally cannot sign another CB it disrupts the changing room more than it provides us options. “Oh but we’re in Europe” okay? This isn’t career mode VDV and Romero will start most European games aswell. You can’t have 4 quality CBs as team in Spurs position. We’re not desirable like Madrid/Barca, we’re not successful like City/Madrid etc. Gotta be realistic
