Ok I’m at the point where I will repackage and send back. Not as easy as one would expect. We have to put SD card in SD reader, and into computer to watch recording🙄ummm I just want to watch on my cell phone like we’re suppose to in 2023🥴

ok, took me a while to figure it out, but this is all I did, as long as the SD card is inside of it all you have to do is turn the switch to ON and it starts normal recording after you see the 3 red lights blink then blue lights blink. to turn on motion recording just press the button as shown in the video and you will it flash 3 times, When you turn the switch to OFF it saves the video to the SD card, those are the only 2 modes i use. to watch your video you just need to get one of those SD card Adaptors then you can put that into your computer and see the videos. I did not have to download anything sd card already came formatted to FAT32 so it was ready to use. I was able to see my videos using Quicktime and VLC Media Player. Hope this helps someone

Why do you no show how to format the SD card? I am not sure how to do it and when I download the .exe file, I get all these warnings plus a page comes up that is all in Chinese?

No app? Disappointing. I probably would not have ordered it had I known that. Also, it looks like the camera and speaker areas each have their own charging port. That has me confused. The video says you can charge while recording, so fortunately it looks like there is only one battery. But in that case, why have the other port, and does it have any special use? Speaking of ports, micro USB in 2024? Really? Guess I need to buy a pair of magnetic connectors if I want this to last.

When I put the SD/USB into my computer, the videos popped up but they’re audio only and the video is black but I don’t know why

Can't get it to pair with Bluetooth no matter what I do. No instructions on this useless video to help with that or in the instructions included. Sending back. Junk
