It's working based on the GSM so it should work anywhere within the mobile network I recon. It's like a phone with tracking enabled

The difference is that if you place a GSM tracker in your bike and you got it stolen then you'll have even a couple of hundred meters area to search in. You're not going to knock on every door there to ask if they maybe stole your bike. It's extremely inaccurate, when a real GPS tracker should provide the location within the radius of 3 meters

Ok so just an update after buying this item that’s not worked for me. So I had an idea. I payed a little just over £6 for this item only to receiver it and for it not to be working SO I’m sharing this so others don’t waste their time buying something that doesn’t work. I decided that if I’m going to waste my money on something then I at least want to know it’s working and that it will track the person I want to track so I come up with the idea of buying a cheap phone £15 and you get £10 credit free (Bonus) it’s a little more than what I payed for the tracker I know BUT at least I know it WILL do the job I want it to and track someone on google maps I know the phone is a bit bigger than a tracking device but I’m sure if you use your imagination then this could be a better idea than buying a tracker you don’t even know works. Hope I have helped some of you people anyway 😁 Happy Tracking

Tiny android phones such as the Unihertz Jelly would be great solutions for a tracking device - you would use any lte gsm sim and any tracking app you want - but they are stupidly expensive for some reason and their battery life is only a few hours with use. But might be worth it still because they would be very accurate in locating something.

I just ordered one on Amazon and already paid for activating a sim card that included a phone number and i have a tf card and have put them in the device and sent 000 to activate pairing but nothing happens. After watching this video I can see that I should have received a text back. The sim company said I need to put the APN info in it and to refer to the manual which only shows the text commands. Help

Please make sure your sim card works with a 2g mobile network & your area has a 2g network coverage. Remove any puk lock from the sim card. No need to set apn, this tracker works with SMS commands.
