Tanks have tracks, and that allows them to make pretty tight turns. Also all non nuclear subs have diesel electric engines because underwater the diesel exhaust has nowhere to go so the crew would die of carbon monoxide poisoning. That’s why electric is used for submerged activity.

how do I build submarine powered by diesel ? also, where is should ballast should be and how I make my sub effectively dive or drive

You will generally use a diesel-electric system where you use diesel on the surface to move and recharge batteries, and shut off the diesel and use the batteries under water.

@@mohammadnoor8429 thanks for that. but... it will run out of charge. so for when battery charge is run out, use extra battery to powered diesel engine, for air, just empty fluid tank and fill with air before dive
