When you think about it...this is an exceptional stage in that Spyro is assaulting these people and helping a pair of spies blow them up. He's just like "yeah, sure, I'll help you blow up these people."

It's not music it's a movie about a real incident where a British spy infiltrated the ottoman empire and Incited the Arabs against the turks. He thought them arabic nationalism and this is one of the reasons the ottoman empire broke in the ww1.
