The TopHat Mercenary Confederation. They are a Decentralized Multiverse faction, and in the TF2/SFM/GMOD Multiverse, they are quite crazy. Also, if you’re wondering. Also, they have a central command structure that connects the universes they occupy together. The Void Empire itself is a Faction of cruelty and oppression. The Emperor of the Void Empire, often referred to as the Void Emperor, also claims himself to be the High Leader of the THMC. He is the Demon Lord of Villainy, Wickedness, & Destruction. He is the Arch Bringer of Chaos. His common name is Shadow Villadious Zero, but he has many other names, Including GothDum IronBane, Monkillador the NightmareBlade, and Zod Illkilmord. He goes by many names, but he is all the same in terms of pure cruelty and hatred. Another Centralized Faction is the United Universes. It serves as the Opposing faction to the Void Empire, and is the faction that serves to ensure the freedom of all realities from the cruel oppression of The Demon Lord GothDum. It too is a Centralized Multiversal Faction, with its own system of leaders. It has a similar presidential election system. It is a Multi-party system, and every 2 years, a new president of the UU is elected. One thing to note is that while the president changes, the high commander of the UU Army, Navy, Air-force, and Marines is always the same individual. He is known as Luminar Solaris, but his full name is Illuminar Solaristar. Like most of the 9 Wielders of the Staves of the Multiverses, he did have an original human name, for instance, his name was Landon Icarus, but that was before he was a Wielder. Anyways, I digress. The UU & the VE are both Centralized Multiverse Factions, and the THMC is a Decentralized Multiverse Faction. In the TF2/SFM/GMOD Universes, the THMC usually blend in with most everyone else. In some universes they at as an open government, and in other universes, they are a secret mercenary agency. It all depends on the reality they are in, and the roles they need to fill.
