Yeah I have the PS3 Download and when I got to her that soundtrack played instead of this. At one point in my life I did own the Greatest hits version and I heard this soundtrack which is way better.

​@joshua8829 I think that's kind of what kills her as an antagonist in the series for me. Don't get me wrong, YotD is still a classic and I still have fond memories of playing the game with my cousin when she was a teen and I a pre-teen. But for me, I wish she had some sort of interaction with Spyro right before the battle, a cutscene of the two exchanging blows. Have the Sorceress tell Spyro how much of a thorn in her side he's been and how after she kills him, she'll be cutting off his wings for another spell of hers she'll want to do.

@@mauriciogarcia4795I agree. The cutscenes that she was in were great build-ups to the final battle, especially with how cruel she’s been treating Bianca and everyone else. I was very bummed with that we wouldn’t get a scene with her and Spyro (especially in Reignited), but I guess that puts the emphasis of “there’s a threat to her plans and she can’t waste time”

@alionlover40 That's why so many people hold Ripto in high regard. Caddicarus didn't really care for him that much in his most recent video, saying that all he was was really small and angry. That's it. But the reason so many people love Ripto a bit more is because he and Spyro trade blows whenever they interact, and Ripto makes it clear that he's a real asshole who hates dragons with a passion. His reason for being so angry is because of his size; he wants to be bigger than his size makes him up to be and he hates it when people call him short, small, tiny, pipsqueak, runt, pee-wee, midget, troll, munchkin, etc. Why do you think he snarled and had an anger tantrum after Spyro called him "shorty?" Spyro and the Sorceress get NONE OF THAT in YotD, and it makes me want to see it happen.

It's kind of a shame that the other characters besides Agent 9 don't also help join in during neither this fight with the Sorceress, nor the one in Super Bonus Round. Especially since this is supposed to be the final boss, you'd think they'd all have a part to play in it.

It's honestly super cool how each boss and the corresponding side character share some similarities in their theme music. Buzz and Sheila probably the least, but still - never caught that as a kid but I didn't play with headphones back then.

Ever notice there was no introduction to these characters meeting? This was the first time Spyro and the Sorcerous met face to face, but no cutscene?... always bothered me. Defeating Ripto felt more of an achievement than this, the battle was funner and the music omg! This however, felt a bit like a step back... still was fun to defeat the Sorcerer though.

Spyro 1 has two endings: .First ending after beat gnasty gnorc . Second ending after finish gnasty loot Spyro 2 has one ending after defeat ripto. Spyro 3 has two endings: Defeat the sorceress first time. Defeat the sorceress last time after collect everything.

I kept on circling by using a hovercraft on top of the sorceress in the final phase. What was surprising was that the homing fire ball shot by the sorceress circled around and hit her, which made her take damage. I’m not kidding it literally happened!

Oh god, The Sorceress fight! I remember my game (which was the original European release) having a glitch which would send me back to the start of the game. So basically I never was able to complete this game. Did it happen to anyone else, or was my copy just broken?

This happened to me too. I found out eventually that it boots the player back to the start of the game while erasing their progress if the game was pirated. Perhaps your copy was a pirated version.

happened to me too. it's not broken, it's because the copy is unoriginal (pirated copy), when the game detects it as pirated copy, the last boss will take you back to the start and will attempt to save the game automatically to 0% progress. your copy probably looked original, but it wasn't.

The sorceress is still my fav boss fight, because I fucking LIVE for that flying saucer. I would zoom around in the air just for fun 😂 they made it a bit harder in reignited, the first battle anyway, and I didn’t like the redesign of the flying saucer. Still wish there was epic dialogue added between the sorceress and spyro!
