It doesn’t officially start until 10th February. The Chinese New Year celebration always lasts for 15 days and even if the Chinese New Year celebration ends, it will still be the Year of the Dragon until the next Chinese New Year in 2025. On the first day, it’s the Spring Festival and on the 15th day, it’s the Lantern Festival. Just because 2024 has already started doesn’t mean Chinese New Year has started… yet. This is not how Chinese New Year works. Chinese New Year usually happens in January or February. Take it from someone who is British-Chinese.

Being 2024, the year of the Dragon in the Chinese New Year, the release of this particular game fits perfectly. Now, to make this year of the dragon even more memorable, they should release or at least announce a new Spyro game.
