Hey Jay. Would it be possible to study for SQE1 independently without the need to sign up to a course with a University due to the large expenses? Also I am a bit intimated with the SQE2, how can one best prepare for that, I feel this may not be possible for one to do fully independently without a particular preparation course...any in depth tips on these two matters will be really appreciated

@@ShahabSaifRanjha hi - I personally don’t think it’s wise as there is so much content which is new and not taught to you, it would be very difficult to learn with no guidance. It is possible but it’s a lot. You can get masters funding if you do a masters course to do it from Student Finance but of course this is another loan. I have lots of videos on SQE2 and how to prepare for that so I’d recommend having a look at those.

Really appreciate your advice. Is there any specific provider you would recommend for the SQE Preparation course? @@JaysLawLife

@@ShahabSaifRanjha if you are looking for a more cost effective method than a traditional prep course - you could try future solicitor which is a prep course on a subscription model - so all the content is there and you just work through it. That would work out a lot better than traditional providers and you can use the code JAYSLAWLIFE & the link in my bio to get 10% off. However if you want a more traditional prep course I really would struggle to recommend one as they are all so similar. I’d look at pass rates and how much contact time you get for your tuition fees as they can rack up very quickly
