The algebra at 11:30 looks off...there shouldn't be a squared on the bottom x1?

Good catch. It should be x1+2 in the denominator, not x1^2+2. Thanks.

And if there is not a squared on the denominator then the whole thing simplifies to 2 so not sure what this means
