From my experience, new players can be as effective as any veteran as long as they communicate and follow their squad leader (assuming they themselves use their mic and know what they're doing, lol). And to any HLL players giving PS/Squad 44 a try: please don't give up when killed, wait a little bit and you'll probably get revived. Also, everyone has a morphine syringe, don't forget to revive teammates whenever you can!

One more thing: the marksman (sniper) kit is borderline useless, please use something like the anti tank kit as it will actually help out your team
